Mountain trekking is something I discovered in Japan.
My goal while I'm in Japan is to summit as many of the 100 famous Japan mountains as I can.
Abroad, I'd like to climb as many high mountains as possible in my lifetime.
Currently, the highest elevation I've ever reached was 6,057m (Mt. Chachani, Peru).

I swam a lot when I was a kid (worked as a lifeguard for a brief amount of time) and ran occasionally for fitness.
It was only in mid-2007 that I found a passion for long distance running and one event lead to another.
I hope to one day complete a full Ironman competition (3.8k swim, 180k bike, 42k run).
